How do high performance teams work in situations of tension and uncertainty?
How do you motivate teams when they face unknown targets?
How do you keep the team united in times of crisis?
There are few issues as complex as team management. Achieving results is increasingly about knowing how to lead teams. This becomes even more evident in times of crisis, where in an environment of change and adversity, individual leadership is clearly insufficient. Crisises are overcome by unified, focused, committed and strongly led teams. Management success therefore requires a clear understanding of what a team is, how to build it and how to lead a team to achieve the unity and motivation that results in excellence.
This session will focus on how to lead teams today, a time in which a deeper understanding is required of what a team is, its key-success factors and the threats that can lead to its failure.
